Who we are. This phone-check tool is operated by Kenshiki, Inc., based in Tacoma, Washington, United States. You can reach us at hello@kenshikilabs.com.
What this tool does. It checks a phone number — and, optionally, a name, address, and date of birth you enter — against the mobile carrier's records, after a real device proves it is present by completing the Pulse trust gate. It returns line type, carrier, fraud-risk, and identity-match signals for that single check.
We do not store your lookups. Numbers, names, addresses, dates of birth, and results are used to perform the check and are then discarded. We keep no lookup history and build no profile.
What leaves your browser. What you enter is sent to our server, which forwards it to our lookup provider (Twilio) and, for address autocomplete, to Mapbox. Our lookup key and the Mapbox token stay on the server and are never exposed to your browser.
What we don't do. We do not sell your information, track your location, follow the device, or use this tool to make credit decisions.
Sub-processors.
- Twilio (United States) — carrier lookup and identity match.
- Mapbox (United States) — US address autocomplete.
- Amazon Web Services (United States) — hosting. Standard request logs are subject to AWS's policies.
Your choices. To ask what we hold or request deletion, email hello@kenshikilabs.com. Because we don't store lookups, there is typically nothing to delete.
