Who we are. This tool is operated by Kenshiki, Inc., a company based in Tacoma, Washington, United States. These terms are an agreement between you and Kenshiki, Inc.

Use of this tool. Use it only to check phone numbers and identities you are authorized to check and have a lawful basis to check. Do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

No credit decisions. This tool does not provide lending, underwriting, credit, legal, compliance, or financial advice. Nothing here is a credit decision, credit offer, or consumer report.

Lookup data. Results come from third-party carrier data (via Twilio) and are provided as-is. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability, and a result is not proof of identity on its own.

No warranty; limitation of liability. The tool is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kenshiki is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update.
